What we collect
If you request early access, we keep what you type into the form: your name, email, firm, firm size, state, and any notes. We also keep a few facts about the visit: the page you landed on, the site that sent you, any campaign tags in the link, your browser’s user agent, and your country.
We store a one-way hash of your IP address so we can limit repeat submissions. We don’t store the address itself.
What we do with it
- Reply to you about Forty.
- Understand which pages and ads bring survey firms to us.
We don’t sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list. The only email you’ll get is a reply from us.
Who else touches it
The site runs on Cloudflare, and the form is stored in a Cloudflare database. When you submit it, we send ourselves a notification through Resend, an email service. Neither uses it for anything else. The site sets no cookies and loads no advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site.
Deleting it
Reply to any email from us and ask, and we’ll delete what you sent.
