Who we are
fortysurvey.com is operated by Weygand, LLC (doing business as Forty). To reach us about your information, reply to any email from us.
What we collect
If you request access, we keep what you type into the form: your firm, name, email, phone, states, firm size, services, tools, field software, LiDAR interest, and what you want to fix. We also keep a few facts about the visit: the page you landed on, the site that sent you, any campaign tags in the link, your browser’s user agent, and your country.
We store a one-way hash of your IP address so we can limit repeat submissions. We don’t store the address itself.
If you price a lot
If you use “Price a real lot,” your browser looks up the address you type with Mapbox, and we look up the parcel at that point with Regrid, a parcel data service. We keep the address you typed, the parcel’s ID, location, shape, measurements, county, state, and assessed values, but not the owner’s name or mailing address. If you answer “How’d we do?”, we keep your answer, the price you’d charge, the numbers and rates you priced with, and your email if you give one. We use it to tune our example rates and, if you left an email, to write back.
What we do with it
- Reply to you about Forty.
- Understand which pages and ads bring survey firms to us.
We don’t sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list. The only email you’ll get is a reply from us.
Who else touches it
The site runs on Cloudflare, and what you send us is stored in a Cloudflare database. When you submit a form, we send ourselves a notification through Resend, an email service. If you price a lot, the map and address search come from Mapbox and the parcel from Regrid. The sample topo viewer loads its fonts from Google Fonts. None of these services gets your form answers. The site sets no cookies and loads no advertising trackers.
Deleting it
Reply to any email from us and ask, and we’ll delete what you sent.
