Who we are

fortysurvey.com is operated by Weygand, LLC (doing business as Forty). “We” and “us” below mean Weygand, LLC.

What this site is

The site describes Forty, survey software for the business side of a survey firm. On it you can request early access, open a sample quote, price a real lot, and explore a sample topo. Forty is opening to a small number of firms. Requesting access doesn’t create an account or a contract, and we take no payments on this site.

Prices on this site

• The prices shown for Forty are our current list prices. They can change before you sign up. Using Forty will be covered by a separate agreement.
• The pricing calculator uses published list prices for other tools, with sources linked. They’re estimates of what those tools cost, not quotes from their vendors.

Example prices, measurements, and maps

• “Price a real lot” and the pricing factors use example rates, and measurements from county parcel data. They are estimates, not a survey, and aren’t for deciding where a boundary is.
• The sample quote, firm, people, and addresses are fictional. The sample topo is marked not a sealed survey, and it isn’t one.

Using the site

Use the site for what it’s for. Don’t send us someone else’s information, try to break or overload the site, or scrape it in bulk.

Content

The site’s text, images, and design belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Map data is from Mapbox and OpenStreetMap contributors, and parcel data is from Regrid.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for decisions made from the example prices, measurements, or maps on it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. Questions: reply to any email from us. How we handle what you send us is in the privacy policy.
